Low calories, High Protein
This product is only 150 calories for 17oz, and provides 28g protein with only 7g total carbs. I've been using one helping per day of any of these supplements, including Orgain and the powder types that I'd usually mix with milk. For me, the milk-mixed preps were always the nicest, but they had at least 50-100 more calories (depending on skim vs 2% fat), and added to the carb amount. I have never seen this product with a bad outdate - in fact, the 12-bottle case I just had shipped is labeled as January 18, 2018, 10 months from now. Taste: I have no problem with the taste - it is better than some I've had and not as good as the ON-milk mix I've used. By case lot, the drink now runs about $3.20/bottle. I will be happy to reorder.

Great product! But Amazon’s home delivery is dreadful.
I love Muscle Milk. It tastes good and it is very filling. The only downside is that Amazon’s home delivery service is awful. I live in an apartment building so I always request that my packages be left at my apartment door. Since June of 2021 most packages from Amazon come vis their home delivery service and they leave all packages in an unguarded mailroom. This has resulted in some packages being stolen or lost. I have complained to Amazon but I would probably have better luck complaining to a wall.

Don't buy the Cookies 'N Crème
I love Muscle Milk (although, despite the name, it doesn't have milk in it nor does it build muscle). I have tried all the different flavors - only vanilla tastes like vanilla! The worse flavor is the "Cookies 'N Crème" which isn't even close to the true flavor! It tastes very artificial - don't waste your money on any flavors but vanilla! If you want different flavors I suggest you buy the vanilla flavor and add things like banana, blueberries, etc. and put all in the blender - it will taste GREAT !!!

Was ok at first.....
Flavor wasn't the best, a bit 'chalky' to me, and maybe not thick enough to be a shake per se, but it was ok. Trying the chocolate next to see the difference. Probably wouldn't get the vanilla again. Everything else was great, low sugar, low carb, high protein. Great product aside from the taste......

Gets that extra amount of protein in your diet
This shake has been the perfect addition to my diet after bariatric surgery. It has the right balance of fiber, protein, and carbs to keep me from starving. It contains more protein than the doctor suggested shake powders and is pretty convenient. The flavor is pleasing, not chalky, or too fake tasting. I am won over, buying this on a regular basis.

Great meal-replacer as well as workout drink
I've been drinking this for many years as a meal replacer. This is a 17 oz bottle that has 34 grams of milk protein in a highly absorbable form. It is non-dairy, so I take it along when I'm out a good part of the day. It tastes very good, too. Note: there is a 14 oz (pretty sure it's 14 ozs) size that provides 20 ozs of protein. Both have vitamins and minerals. This product is normally used for body-builders, but anyone can benefit by it.

Great Price & Product
My wife and I have a daughter who was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes about 6 months ago. For anyone who knows what it is like to deal with T1D, knows it's not easy, and when it comes to fighting high and low blood sugar levels, it can be stressful. When our daughter starts to go low, we will often reach for Muscle Milk, because it's low in carbs and still has enough to bring her up without spiking in part due to the high level of protein which helps to slow down the release of glucose into the blood stream. For us, Muscle Milk can honestly be called a lifesaver!

Thick but gross
He's a thick boy but he doesn't taste very well! I'm starting to explore protein shakes as meal replacement and this was recommended by my physician. It's a no go for me. There has to be better tasting products out there that give me 30 protein and little fat. First sip was ok by this is 17 ounces and I could barely get through the first ounce. I'm also a huge chocolate fan and use Splenda everyday so I'm used to artificial tastes. This was just not good.
