Q: How do you use this product? In other words, what are the steps? I’m asking because I see that there is a soap and a face wash.

The order in which you would use the kit for the most effective results would be as follows. You would first use the black soap bar to cleanse the skin. Secondly you would use the problem skin scrub. Thirdly you would use the facial mask. And lastly you would use the moisturizer. If you want to get the product deep into the skin tissue and pores I would suggest using a spin brush.

Q: How many minutes should i leave the mask for on my face, and what is the best temperature tonise when washing and cleansing my face?

I typically leave the mask on for 10 to 15 minutes. You only need to use a very thin layer and I rinse my face with warm water or as warm as can be tolerated for you because then it will open the pores you’ll get everything out and then you could finish your routine.

Q: can anyone use it? is it for all skin types?

I believe anyone can use this product. Depending on the skin type, if you typically have dryer scan, this will work great for you as it is if you typically have oily skin you may have to tweak things a little bit. They do make a toner, but you have to purchase it separately and I would recommend getting that regardless of the skin type..

Q: How many times a week to use these products? Once or twice a week? In the correct order..

Typically I use the bar soap daily, with toner and the moisturizer in the kit. I use the exfoliating cleansing wash once or twice a week depending on how oily my skin is, however I do not use the moisturizer if I use the exfoliant wash because it will leave the skin too oily (unless you have typically dryer skin) I use the mask 2 to 3 times a week, sometimes only once a week. That is totally up to preference and you only need a very thin later then I rinse with the bar soap and do the toner and moisturizer after every mask! I also use the toner. Every time I wash my face with the bar soap, and use the moisturizer directly after toning. The toner does not come in the kit I had to purchase it separately. I hope this helps!
