Just as good as West System
I work on model aircraft, not full scale boats and aircraft. I donโt need a full sized laminating resin roller. These little ones are perfect and work great. They hold just enough resin to help wet out your layup, donโt stick, and donโt leave any bits behind. I had been cutting down West System rollers. I havenโt done the math, but these are very convenient and I would buy them again.

Nice smooth walls
I love these rollers! They make a nice smooth wall without the little bumps other rollers leave.

Decent for boat painting. As good as any foam roller I've used.
They still don't last forever if you're painting a boat, but they do a good job. Just keep an eye out for pieces of foam in the paint. When you see that first piece, replace the roller.

Essential for Rolling and Tipping Wet Edge Boat Paint
This was the secret weapon for tipping and rolling Total Boat Wet Edge paint. The foam is frightfully thin, but that was the secret for getting a thin enough coat that it flowed out nicely. I went through several iterations of nap and foam rollers before I switched these on the final two coats. They were a lifesaver.

Disappointed
There is a parting line running down the length of the roller that leaves a line on the painted surface, what was very disappointing is I used it for epoxy application where you only have ten minutes of working time and waisted fifty dollars worth of product . Thanks guys great product

Okay only for the correct application. Limited scope of use.
I bought a ton of these and have been using them for different projects over several months. Overall, I am super disappointed. These will work for: - Spreading and laminating epoxy resins for fiberglass work - Applications of 2-part epoxy paints where you will be sanding the cured product smooth or where having a rough\bad finish is acceptable - Spreading epoxy as a sealer on small and medium plywood projects Example of possible applications where these rollers make sense: Building a small stitch and glue paddle craft, small repairs to a fiberglass boat, filling in the area where boat-stands were for bottom paints and barrier coats. These will not work for: - Extended use of slow curing epoxy paints; the inner cardboard will disintegrate (unlike other rollers where the foam disintegrates) - Fine finishes with oil or epoxy based paints; getting rid of roller marks is nearly impossible with these - Paints and epoxies that are prone to bubbling; these specific rollers exacerbate bubbles like nothing I've ever seen. You definitely would not want to use these for oil based paints or other paints where other cheaper options are viable, like normal foam rollers.

VERY GOOD!
I used it to put wallpaper paste on the wall to hang the paper and after 3 hours of use I washed it in dish soap and water, and it was like new!

Incredible!!
I bought 2 rollers but only needed 1 of the rollers to paint 19 feet of 62" canvas front and back with gesso for a total of 4 coats. I was able to wash out this roller over 10 times and it stayed intact. At first I thought it was too thin because I have to reload frequently, but it applied thin flawless coats. 5 stars!!! Very happy with this item!
