I like this product. I ordered and installed the first one a few weeks ago to enable us to tone-down our 8 kitchen lights (which I'd recently replaced with LED fixtures that were/are very bright). This dimmer lets us adjust them through a wide range of brightness levels (from very bright to barely on). We don't have any buzzing or other issues using our new LED lights with this at any brightness level. The small remote control works great (actually, better than the wall switch - see below). I've since ordered two more and installed one of them. It also works fine.Pros- Works just as advertised (excellent).- The remote has a handy round center button that turns the lights on at a pre-set brightness level.- The remotes are easy and quick to program to control the switch of your choice, and more can be purchased if needed.- A good deal with the remote (be sure to get the package that includes the remote - it's only $5 more and well worth it).- Looks nice.- Includes everything you need to install it (including wall plate - though I needed a multi-switch plate for our application).Cons- I'm still getting used to feeling for the correct buttons on the wall switch - not as quick and easy as a traditional flip switch.- The wall switch lacks the round pre-set brightness "on" button of the remote. That means you either: (1) turn it on at full brightness, or (2) used the "up" button to turn the lights on and raise them up to the brightness level you want (which means you have to hold/tap it for a couple of seconds). This is a little inconvenient. It would be much handier if either the "on" button could be programmed to some fixed intermediate brightness level, or if the wall switch had a round center button like the remote that remembers your preferred brightness level.- It was a little tricky getting multiple Lutron switches (including this one) to lay flat and even behind the wall plate (often one side was a little higher than the other). This may have been because of the way my switch boxes were installed in the drywall or something. You can remove tabs and make adjustments, so this isn't a big issue, but installation wasn't quite as quick as I expected. Also, the Lutron faceplates (I've used only 2 and 3 switch plates so far) don't always lay flat against the wall - I need to be careful not to over-tighten screws, which can cause the center to pull in and the edges to bow out a bit. Again, probably because of my original switch boxes and/or drywall - or maybe operator error. Anyway, I don't want to overstate this - I was able to get them even and they look nice.

These are the easiest and best functioning dimmers I've ever had a chance to use. Takes only a few minutes to install, dims lights very nicely, and there is no real delay between the remote and actual switch. The app works great and integrates with Home Kit with the hub without an issues. Overall love these.

We already have one of those, which works great and reliable. This one we got to for a three way switch situation, where we are moving the location of switch. If you can follow instruction for the install (my husband did not and was really to through it out), you should have no problem getting it to work. However if you plan to operate this with LED lights make sure to check if they are compatible. The edison type LEDs most likely won't work. We only find one type by accident that would work, but wasn't on the list for compatibility with this switch.We are planning on using this in conjunction with wink and I'll update to include my experience with that.Update: We have several of those smart dimmer switches now for more then a year and are very happy with it and the integration with wink, which does not required a lutron hub. This is a very reliable system and easy to install. It also works great with google home. In combination with the wink hub and google home we use this everyday to have google turn on lights, turn them off automatically and while on vacation wink made it look like we are home.For comparison, we also have hue light bulbs and CRE connected bulbs. Both of which won't connect with wink or need updates all the time and worst of all after a power failure hue defaults to turning the light on, which is not what you want in your kids room in the middle of the night.Updated 12/13/19: After having Lutron Caseta dimmer switches for a couple of years now, I can attest to their reliability and functionality. While hue and other smart home devices routinely will need rebooting, updating or resetting something, we only once had to trim the dimming again and integration and automation with wink and google works flawlessly. Very conveniently we added a couple of remotes and programmed them to turn off the entire first floor or several lights. This is useful, when leaving the house and save a little more.I recommend this:- for someone trying out smart home tech, because even if you end up not liking your smart home tech overall your switches will work just fine for years to come without it.- for moving switches or adding switches especially in difficult locations for a wired application- for dimmer for LED fixtures, note I recommend using CREE and checking compliance. You won’t have to deal with buzzing compared to the competitors and can trim the dimming to adjust to what you need.- for non WIFI applications. If you don’t have wifi or you don’t want lights /switches ect to be on your wifi network for security reasons or because it will slow down your wifi, these will work well and even without a hub you can enjoy some of the remote capabilities.- for vacation homes, because this system is just so reliable. Power outage, no problem the switch remembers last setting and does not default to on.- smart home loves: these dimmers are fast, don’t use up bandwidth on your wifi, very reliable, the company has been around for a long time and really knows what they are doing with regards to lighting controls. I oversaw commissioning of their commercial applications a couple of times.I recommend this to everyone looking to make their lighting smart. It costs more than the competition, but you'll be happy and no need to replace it in 10 years. It also does install in 15 minutes for a one way switch installation.

Lutron Caseta are known for their quality, and durability as well as ease of connection... I have about 12 of these in my house now.. They are easy to wire up, and the idea of being able to use a remote dimmer switch, is perfection.. They cost more then other dimmers, but they are worth the peace of mind .. They also play well with Google Home.

Easy to install, easy to sync the remote and I love that you can put a preset lighting level on your “favourite” button in the middle! It does brighten up in increments which is a bit different to get used to but overall I like it, great for bedrooms

Este atenuador funciona de manera inteligente solo con el caseta bridge que se vende por separado, si no lo tienen no importa porque de todas maneras funciona como un atenuador y apagador normal pero el chiste de este atenuador es usarlo de manera inteligente.Dicho eso si ya tienen el bridge saben que lutron es de las mejores marcas en lo que respecta a estar cuestiones, el paquete viene con una placa y con un control pico, (que yo la verdad no uso, prefiero la aplicación, ademas de que es susceptible a perderse por su pequeño tamaño) hasta ahora todo ha funcionado perfecto tiene un buen rango de atenuación que se puede ajustar y funciona sin delay cuando lo subes y bajas desde la aplicación, otro detalle que me gusta es que cuando se apagan las luces no se apagan de golpe sino que disminuye hasta que se apagan por completo cual se ve agradable.
