I have been having neck and shoulder pain and nothing would help, not even going to the chiropractor. I have used such pillows(different brand) before and after much thought I decided to get this one. I honestly I felt so much relieve the very first night. I am a side sleeper and without this pillow I would wake up with painful neck and shoulders every night. this pillow has allowed me to sleep on my side again. No more arm numbness, tingling after sleeping on it. I though it would be firm as my previous one was but its actually pretty soft but still did the job. It does have the option to make it a little higher by contacting the company. Again, it gives the support i was needing to sleep comfortable and wake up pain free. Seems to be pretty well made

This is the best pillow I have had in a decade. Well designed. I am getting a good night's sleep now without neck pain. Your head fits into the pocket, and it supports your head and neck while the cutouts fit around your shoulders for comfort even while sleeping on your side. One of the features I thought was clever is that you can remove an inner piece that allows you to raise or lower the level of your head. I highly recommend this pillow. You won't be sorry!

This pillow is beyond belief. There was no adjustment period for me - I woke up the next morning free of neck pain and stiffness and my arm support is great. I needed a cervical pillow for my neck but I also have back problems. Reading and looking at some the videos I was convinced I would order. When the pillow arrived and I read the instructions it was hard to open and let adjust to a well ventilated room for 48/72 hours - I lasted 24 hours. Pillow cover well made, no odor or stains but I tried to open the zipper for the extra form which is for back/stomach sleepers I could not open. My concern is the the zipper break - I am a side slipper at times I sleep on the back for the discomfort so once I managed to close and I will leave until I have to reopen. I recommend this pillow.

Highly recommend! I've been using this pillow for a little over a month now and I'm a committed side sleeper, so I was skeptical about a contoured cervical pillow — most of the ones I'd tried before felt like they were designed for back sleepers and left my shoulder jammed up with my neck bent at an angle. This one is different. The side wings are tall enough that my head stays level with my spine instead of tilting down, and the hollow center cradles the back of my head when I roll onto my back during the night. A few things worth knowing. The first few nights felt odd because the shape is so different from a regular pillow, but by the end of the first week I stopped noticing it and started noticing that I was waking up without the stiff neck I'd gotten used to. The height is adjustable, which I didn't expect to care about but ended up being the thing that made it work for me — I pulled one of the inserts out and that got it to exactly the right loft. There was no chemical smell out of the box, which has been a problem with other memory foam pillows I've bought. The cooling cover is a nice touch; it's not ice-cold or anything, but it doesn't trap heat the way my old foam pillow did. The memory foam is on the firmer side, so if you like sinking into something soft this probably isn't for you. For me the firmness is the point — it holds its shape through the night instead of flattening out. After a month there's no sagging or dent where my head goes.

I started waking up with neck pain every morning and thought maybe it was time to replace my current pillows of indeterminate age. I purchased this pillow hoping it would alleviate the pain and, thankfully, it did! It is a bit firm but that allows it to be very supportive and its shape allows it to work with different sleeping positions. The shape can make it a little challenging to fit into some pillow shams so I would check its measurements and, if in doubt, get a larger pillow case specifically for this pillow. I am no longer waking up with neck pain and my sleep quality seems to have improved as well. I am so glad I gave this pillow a shot.

First night sleeping on the pillow and no stiff neck or shoulder pain this morning! I have TMJ and if I didn't sleep with a mouth guard my jaw would be out of place from gritting my teeth which was from being uncomfortable while sleeping. I was researching for a reasonably priced pillow and came across a chiropractor that referred to this manufacturer & he stated he uses their pillow too. Pillow arrived tucked in a supported box enclosed in a sealed plastic bag. I didn't notice any "fumes" although I placed the pillow on the bed with a fan in the room while it decompressed. Very excited to have found this pillow and would suggest anyone try it if they have issues in the morning from rheir old pillow(s).

Admittedly I was initially disappointed. It did not look as defined as pics and I planned on returning. But, the results changed my mind. I slept better and woke up with so much less stiffness and tightness in my neck. So I’m a believer. I put a pillow case on it which makes it more difficult to determine high vs low side for back vs neck but it didn’t seem to matter. I’ll need to get a second one now. Edit: I forgot to add that I did remove the insert to make it more comfortable.

Great pillow, very supportive. I like that I can turn it all directions depending on how my neck feels.

Fantastic pillow for support in all positions. I suffer from Anklyosing spondylitis and have fused vertabrae in my neck and lower spine. Have struggled to find pillows to alleviate pain when sleeping but this pillow has been perfect. Comfortable and supportive and now sleep and awaken with out troublesome neck & shoulder pain. Definitely worth the money

I really like it, have lot of neck pain and it’s definitely better than regular pillows.
