This is my first pair of these boots. ...So far no complaints about these boots. They look good, feel good on the feet, couldn't beat the price... Now as winter is creeping ever so close we will see if they do their job in the snow and cold and how they last as far as workmanship and quality.Update November 2019... Starting my second winter in this pair of boots. I work on a farm and am outside a lot so my work boots are used and abused. So far they are holding up very well. I will buy another pair of these boots when this pair wears out

Bought these for my son for a hunting trip this fall. After a break-in hike around the neighborhood we swapped out the ultra cheap foot beds with some Dr Scholls gel inserts which improved the fit and comfort level tremendously. After 7 days of hunting and covering 5 to 7 miles per day in rugged western sage brush and rocky terrain, my son gives these a very good rating for comfort and grip/traction. For the price they surprisingly seem to be fairly well made and the soles and welting look stout and held up excellently with little to no signs of significant wear with the laces being the only exception. Like the inserts, the laces is where they cut some corners on cost, they were pretty much done after the trip and we’ve already replaced them with a quality set of Danner laces. We didn’t get a chance to test out the “water proofing” as the trip was hot and dry, but my son said that even with the 800 grams of insulation his feet were comfortable and not too hot at all. Overall these budget priced boots exceeded our expectations and we were both very pleased with the purchase.

Bought these for hunting and wore them on day one without being able to break them in. However, I put these on in the morning and didn't remove until it was bed time. My feet had no issues, so break in time may not be needed with these if you double up on socks like you're supposed too. This far I've been hiking a dozen times or so in muddy and cold weather. They keep my feet warm and dry and feel sturdy.My only complaint are weak shoe strings. I recomm replacing these before they break on you in the field.

Good boots so far. They keep my feet warm, and dry. Only worn them on 2 hunting trips so far and they are comfortable. Stepped in a puddle last week that was 6 inches deep and feet stayed dry. Traction seems to be good too. They are a little snug around the top of my foot, not sure if a wide would fit better. I have walked about 5 miles in them so far.

I am not ice fishing but working in ankle deep snow all day and sitting in an open tractor pushing snow my feet stay toasty . I wear one pair of sock liners and a medium heavy WalMart polyester boot sock . Very happy with these boots so far , they seem well made and no signs of seams weakening .

Husband works construction and is very hard on boots. He said they fit well and kept his feet warm in the winter. Now it’s a few months later and he said they are starting to come apart. Overall he liked them

Was somewhat hesitant on purchasing boots on line but definitely not disappointed. Great fit and very comfortable. Very good boots for the price. I got a little confused with there Guide for foot measurements but that could just be me. I went on line and found a site for boot sizing. I’m not complaining. Thank you.

Waterproof, warm, comfortable. Used them for hunting. Walked in them all day for four days for at least 20 miles each day, they didn’t bothered me at all. A little on the heavy side but that can be a plus depending on how you feel. Good shoes for hiking as well.
