I have this in my craft room for relaxation, and sometimes as company while I handsew or knit. It's a great way to watch old favorite movies. Works well, user friendly.

It was a gift and my daughter loved it. She said it was perfect.

So far so good. Will see how long it lasts. Delivered on time by seller and as described.

Works great for the price

UPDATE- the dvd player was replaced and works great! We bought two of these in September for homeschooling with dvds. One of them stopped working in November. I reached out to Amazon customer service right away and haven't hear back. It's now January. Even though we have one that still works, I wouldn't purchase this again as I guess we have a 50/50 chance for another one to work for longer than 2 months.

Trash, I had to take the cover off and fix the gear mechanism that moves the laser along the rails. The laser needs to move in order to read the disc. There was also a screw that holds the laser, and rail components in place that was laying in the bottom. I push the gears together and put the screw in place. Works fine now. I will never purchase from this company again.

I purchased this to be used while traveling and I'm extremely satisfied. It is simple to operate and the picture quality is really good. The body is lightweight but very durable. I think for this price this is a great deal for a roadtrip or vacation or even an impromptu date or any time (however for larger groups, the screen size is good but you may want an additional speaker which you can connect to the DVD player).

I assumed it played cds.,it doesn't.
