I just ordered these Feb 2019 and they have pockets now.

Q: What size type are these? Men, women, unisex, asian, US...?

They seemed to fit pretty close to US women’s sizes.

Q: Are these pants have a adjustable string or anything I typically wear a small and see there isnt a option

No drawstring, but the wasit band is elastic and is pretty small when they aren't on. I wear 30-31" pants and I am pushing the bigger size for these.
