breathes life into me
within the first bite I felt a boom from my heart being kicked life back into it. This stuff is anti-aging. My skin is baby soft with 1 day of use. Can't wait to buy more. This is great for skin, which I, in combination with calcium, use as an internal sunscreen. When I was in Hawaii, I put sunscreen on my shoulders - they peeled they burned so badly. And I waited the 30-45 minutes for it to soak in. I put a vegan collagen gel on my face with coq10 and other stuff - no burn, anything! This stuff makes your skin pliable, so when you go to the gym, it's easier. It makes me feel like it can prevent stretch marks, but I never tried it.I heard that ubiquinol is more potent than ubiquinone (which this product has) - so if you really truly need that, that's probably best - but wasn't worth the extra price for me and all the extra chemicals that come with it - vegan uniquinol is incredibly expensive and this product's expensive enough.I use it in combination with these for a meal:preferably real oj, but freeze dried OJ powder is ok - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09GBNKHVB?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_detailsNutriBiotic – Mixed Berry Rice Protein - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00014DRN2?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_detailsPine Pollen - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MDLP29M?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_detailsred berry opowder + prebiotics (KaraMD Revive Reds) - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0774ZT2H9?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_detailsCOQ10 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B098ZW1BLM?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_detailsvegan collagen production - via bamboo - https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Organic-Antioxidants-Probiotics/dp/B09KCLK45F/

Dissolves well and easy to take
My wife thought she read that CoQ10 might be helpful for improving bone density, so I ordered this for her to take. This powder dissolves well in warm water and has very little flavor, so it is easy to take. We have no idea if it actually had any benefit, but we didn't notice any adverse side effects. She can no longer find any thing that suggests that this is helpful for improving bone strength, so she is no longer taking it.

Good supplement to take for energy, even if you're on the younger side
My favorite form of coq10 is actually the other kind, Ubiquinol, but most supplements (like this one) are Ubiquinone. I find that coq10 helps me with energy levels, even though I'm still in my 20s. The best thing about this powder is that if you have a capsule maker and capsules, you can choose what dose to take. A nootropic gram scale can help you figure out how many mg you have in each capsule (by subtracting an empty capsule from the scale and then placing a full capsule on it.)

Mixed Reports on the Benefits of COQ10
There seems to be lots of claims for the health benefits of COQ10 but more careful research from trusted sources reveals mixed findings. Take your pick.Possible Health Benefits:To treat high blood pressure. In clinical studies, researchers found that CoQ10 has the potential to lower systolic blood pressure (the top number in a blood pressure reading) by as much as 17 mm Hg and diastolic pressure up to 10 mm Hg. [Cleveland Heart Lab] "The small amount of evidence currently available suggests that CoQ10 probably doesn’t have a meaningful effect on blood pressure." [National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health]After a heart attack. "In a randomized, double-blind, controlled trial, the effects of oral treatment with coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10, 120 mg/day), a bioenergetic and antioxidant cytoprotective agent, were compared for 1 year, on the risk factors of atherosclerosis, in 73 (CoQ, group A) and 71 (B vitamin group B) patients after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). After 1 year, total cardiac events (24.6 vs. 45.0%, p < 0.02) including non-fatal infarction (13.7 vs. 25.3%, p < 0.05) and cardiac deaths were significantly lower in the intervention group compared to control group." [pubmed] "Only a few studies have looked at whether CoQ10 might help prevent heart disease, and their results are inconclusive. Research on the effects of CoQ10 in heart failure is also inconclusive. However, there is evidence that CoQ10 may reduce the risk of some complications of heart surgery." [National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health]A major National Institutes of Health-funded study showed that CoQ10, even in higher-than-usual doses, didn’t improve symptoms in patients with early Parkinson’s disease. A 2017 evaluation of this study and several other, smaller studies concluded that CoQ10 is not helpful for Parkinson’s symptoms. [National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health]"CoQ10 has not been shown to be of value in treating cancer, but it may reduce the risk of heart damage caused by one type of cancer chemotherapy drug." A bit pricey at the outset, but 2-ounce package is a lot! serving size = 1/10 tsp...
This seems to be a high quality supplement and I appreciate that it is made in the USA and is a family owned business. I would have liked to have a tiny measuring scoop included in the package to make it easier to estimate the suggested dosage (1/10 tsp). I just eye-ball it using a 1/4 tsp measuring spoon and as I take this every other day instead of every day, I'm not overly concerned if I don't measure exactly. I don't have a scale, although if I was planning to package this in capsules, I certainly think it would be worthwhile to buy one. I mix this into oil and then stir it into my oatmeal and I don't even notice it is there. I do like that the brand simply lists some of the purported benefits of this supplement but doesn't exaggerate or over-state them and suggests that customers undertake their own research. I do wish there was some information on sourcing the CoQ-10 and testing certificates substantiating its purity. The current price of $59.99 is a bit of a shock for only two ounces in a resealable package, but this does equate to more than 280 servings, so it actually is quite economical.

I thought CoQ10 was only in capsules
At least that's the ones my wife tries to sneak by me when she's feeding me a handful of vitamins and supplements. I'm not much of a pill guy, so this gives her another way to dose me in a smoothie.
