Technology Of Machine Tools (ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES & THE TRADES)

Currently studying Manufacturing Engineering at college. My professor told us all to get this book it has everything ever needed for machining, including formulas for machine equations, tables for tolerances, speeds and feeds for different tools, great graphics, and over all great explanation of machining. My professor was in manufacturing industry for 40 plus years before he became a professor, he said this book helped him many times over.

Im currently studying for my machinist exam this book has all the subjects related to the test in it.

This book is huge. It covers the subject in fine massive detail, and is full of photos. But old fashioned ones, in monochrome, of machinery which is not cutting edge. Slightly disappointed to be honest.
