I wanted a bag to bettery carry my laptop around in. I normally use messenger style bags but i wanted something better are carrying a large number of items. I was also looking for something that better held its shape.Due to the rubber base and hard shell, this laptop retains its shape quite nicely. It also makes it very protective to any outside trauma making it a bit more ideal for active lifestyles or bikers. I personally wanted a bag that would retain its shape and keep itself upright without just flopping limply over itself. I was also empressed by the level of cushion and protection offered for the laptop sleeve of the backpack.Comfort wise its pretty decent. I like its feel much better than a more floppy counterpart. It has a lot of breathable cushions on the back which makes it pretty decently comfortable. And the straps are quite nice to.However, i could see that if you were wearing this backpack for a long time it might get a bit annoying. While it still has a good amount of flexibility to it, i could see it pressing against your back if you tried to wear it for several hours.Also, while the bag is plenty big enough to hold most of your electronics, i wouldnt try to use it for camping due to its limited size. It really is an urban backpack and gives all of your devices and accessories a good bit of protection while wearing it.Do be careful about theft though. The zippers are easy to get to and there is no lock included with it. This could mean some danger to your property on something like a crowded train. I would highly suggest purchasing an additional locking mechanism to protect yourself in these crowded areas.The cup/bottle holder is very thin and leaves much to be desired. It still gets the job done though and is very easy to hide.Finally, the backpack is actually quite nicely sealed. The zippers do a good job of keeping the water out. The fabric is equally good. And of course the soft plastic/rubber outer shell prevents any water from seeping through it. While i still wouldnt trust it in heavy rain and definetly would not submerge it in water, there should be no issues using this backpack in the rain.In all, i think its a very nice, decorative, and protective electronics bag. It opens quite wide and has a good amount of space for the majority of your tech.I would highly suggest this bag especially if you can get it at the lower prices.

First things first, if you are of a smaller stature, this may not be the backpack for you. As you can see in the first photo, it's pretty big even for someone who's 6'-5". Anyone below 5'-10" might trip and fall into the immense, vacous void that is the inside of this backpack.This thing violates the laws of physics with how much it can handily swallow. I fit my 17 inch behemoth of a laptop into it with half a hand's width of space on either side. The laptop compartment could likely take a full-force Mayweather without breaking a sweat. There's easily an inch and a half of dense foam between your spine and your probably expensive machine, with an equal if not greater amount between your laptop and the pavement.One thing that isn't shown well in any of the reviews I saw was the middle section's zippers. They run all the way to the bottom the pack, making it so easy to get stuff into and out of the massive space that you might end up doing so by accident.If you have even the mildest case of OCD, or just like keeping things orderly and neat, this thing is built for you. There's a pocket for anything and everything you could imagine. Every pocket is lined with a really smooth surface that is much higher quality, thicker, and stiffer than it appears here.The whole thing is stiff. The fabric is reinforced with a hard, dense foam that dents easily but pops right back into place. Write your own jokes.The only ding I'll give it is for the Y symbol on the back. The paint on it is the only thing on this backpack that could be considered less than bulletproof. The paint scrapes off very easily at the apex. But, to be frank, that's nothing that a little emasculating nail polish couldn't fix down the road.

it looks like it can hold a **** ton of things. however if the bag expands even 1 cm past the size of the zippers, the bag will not zip up and close.Don't get me wrong, its very protective and durable. It's what I needed for my gaming laptop, which brings me to one other thing. The pocket that protects the laptop doesnt have much padding on the bottom. So when you set it down (i.e. in a college lecture hall where its tile) if you arent careful, could possibly damage the side of the laptop. I put down extra foam (from any craft store) in the bottom and it works like a charm.Those are the only complaints and feels like I should have rated this 3 stars, but since I purchased it for protection and durability, that is why I chose to rate it 4 stars. If you are looking for an actual book-bag to hold items (looking at you college students) I'd suggest looking at others. If you're looking at to protect investments, then look no further.

My son has had his for 7 years. Part of that time he commuted with it to university on a motorcycle, and it's still serviceable. On the strength of his experience I got myself one.

I can honestly say the build of this bag was amazing. It is waterproof, comfortable and had no problems with any zippers and the stitching was perfect.My only complaint is that the shoulder straps, even on the largest setting, kept pulling outward and I would constantly have to readjust the straps back onto my shoulders. However I have very wide shoulders, I'm a big guy so you may not experience this.My other complaint and why I am giving this 4 stars is because of the cup holder. Both ends of the cup holder are sewen close together. What this is means when its holding a cup, the cup swings left and right when you are walking and is a pain when trying to walk through a train and in the train station with a ton of people. Plus it looks goofy so I just didn't use it.Other than that the laptop bag was comfy, and served its purpose. I have had it for 2 years and never had any failures in the zippers or the stitching.

La compré para una Lenovo y920 ya que no encontraba una mochila "no gamer" en donde cupiera. La mochila es muy espaciosa sin embargo me parece que una vez con la computadora dentro se reduce bastante el espacio. No es muy ancha, más bien es alta.Estéticamente es muy bonita, llama la atención y la parte de afuera se ve muy resistente.Por dentro me queda a deber, ya que siento que no tiene tanta calidad en los interiores como al exterior. La bolsa de afuera para el paraguas o botella de agua es muy pequeña, no cabe una botella de litro y medio ni de un litro sin forzarla. Al interior en la bolsa del frente tiene tres compartimentos para guardar cosas pequeñas y una más grande para guardar otra cosa tiene una tira con velcro para colocar audífonos. En la bolsa principal tiene una bolsa para guardar "algo" y listo, no tiene más compartimentos.El úlitmo compartimento es en donde va la laptop. Está acolchada y tiene acentos rojos que se ven muy bien, se ve que proteje bien la computadora que es lo que importa. También tiene un bolso para guardar una tablet, con superficie aterciopelada.A pesar de los detalles negativos que comenté le doy las cinco estrellas porque por ese precio no se le puede pedir más, es excelente y muy bonita. Las Alienware o Thule tienen mejores acabados al interior, pero cuestan el triple o más que esta mochila, así que bien vale su precio.He cargado en ella mi laptop, mousepad y mouse Lenovo (grande), otro mouse Logitech, audífonos de monitoreo, el gigante cargador, la unidad óptica, lápices y plumas, cuatro libros, dos cuadernos, una agenda, un Kindle y una botella de litro y medio de agua.10/10 volvería a sentirme el Pípila con esta mochila. Recomendada.

Llego super rapido, se ve que esta hecha de buenos materiales, y sobre todo que la Alien ware R4 de 17 cabe sin problemas, y eso es un gran plus ya que las maletas para Allien ware de dell son muy angostas y no cabe la computadora, lo cual es increible, lo unico malo es que llego un poco apachurrada la parte de enfrente la cual es semirigida y se deformo un poco, espero se corrija con el uso, yo creo que paso por que no la empacaron debidamente.

This is an amazing bag for my Acer predator helios 300. Very hard and protective waterproof bag, though seller has reduced rs200 withing a day after i placed the order which is not cool.

I bought this for my Alienware 17x as before i was using the alienware bag but the front part started wearing so I was bit confused in chosing between this one and another Aliewnware backpack. I took the leap of faith and went with GX40L. And boy I was amazed. This bag is very light in comparison with AW bag, I used to believe earlier that heavy load on my shoulders is due to Laptop, guess i was wrong. Built quality is very good, a lot more spacious than AW bag and also have provision for headphones inside. Cushioning is also quite good.Only con i can think of is the brand mismatch :p but it doesnt bother me that much.

Ich bin sehr begeistert. Die Qualität ist ausgezeichnet er passt wie angegossen. Nicht nur der Tragekomfort, auch das Innere ist sehr gut durchdacht. Viele Fächer und genügend Platz um nicht nur das Notebook (derzeit 15,6") sondern auch diverses Zubehör (Switch, FW, Stecker Kabel und dergleichen), unterzubringen.Anmerkung!Wenn ich mir noch etwas wünschen würde, dann, dass auf der Unterseite diese "Hartschale" weitergehen würde. Aber das ist jetzt wirklich "Jammern auf hohem Niveau" ;-)
