Terra DelyssaExtra Virgin Olive Oil 34 oz

I'm thrilled with this olive oil! This was recommended to be great & they were correct. I bought it to infuse rosemary & Italian dried chilies, it worked excellent! I've used it as I do daily & love it. I will be infusing with it different things & only using it at home. I'll be ordering it regularly!!!

This Tunisian product is a wonderfully distinct olive oil that also has a subtle, sweet florality (yes, I think I made up this word) versus that noticeable olive oil scent/taste. Very nice to cook with and to make vinaigrettes. When our order was damaged enroute (c'mon people, it is uniquely designed glass bottles and there is every reason to anticipate this might happen), and after I contacted FedEx, the shipper quickly acknowledged our request to ship as ordered. Our interaction was positive and while we only received 3 of the 4 bottles we ordered, they did replace with a smaller bottle of garlic infused oil PLUS a heavy duty apron PLUS a few tchatchki's. We'd rather have the oil however we appreciate their intent make things right. Back to the oil, you need to try this product and expand your culinary horizons.

I love just olive oil on my salads. No vinegar, just the oil and spices. I got this from the local supermarket, kind of with the they all taste the same and what is on sale or prettiest bottle perspective. I'm really not that in tune with great olive oils. But this has no taste whatsoever. I took olive oil for granted, expecting it to deliver a certain flavor without thinking about it. But this brand made me think about it. I actually wondered if I had added it at all. Put on more, trying to dredge out any flavor from this, but nothing. At this point I'll save it for cooking something, but just not flavorful enough for my coveted salads. Would not recommend!

Bought this assuming a high quality first press, but this is the same quality as the ones that come in clear plastic bottles.

I did the teaspoon test. Decidedly lacking in any peppery sensation. It did not make me cough at all. Lacking in polyphenols.I do love the art and the history. I will not buy it again.

My favorite oil! I use it for cooking and I really like it. It doesn’t adversely affect the flavor of food being cooked.

Great Tunisian olive oil. We use it to make infused garlic or Mediterranean herb oil and people rave about it on pizza and humus. We serve the humus with garlic toasted pitas or crackers and it just flies off the table. Good stuff and great prices!
