These are so sturdy! I had low expectations and these pieces pans blew them out of the water. Definitely a little smaller than my regular 9” piece pan; I agree it’s probably more like an 8”. But what it IS perfect for- making quiche using store bought dough and then tucking them into a ziplock freezer bag with the air sucked out to freeze for later. I use a silicone straw to suck the air out, if anyone is curious. They worked beautifully to bake the quiche- and didn’t bend when I was picking the pans up! I was super impressed by that. I do think you could potentially get a few uses out of each pie pan if you’re careful with cutting. They washed up easily pre-baking, using a sponge gently. Also did I ever thought I’d write such an enthusiastic review of disposable pie pans? No. But they’re just so good!

These work great !! I make pies shells ahead and I'm not afraid to share and not get my pans back!! It's nothing for me to make 10-20 pie crust ahead and freeze! 2 of these fit in a gallon bag!! Strong enough to hold a heavy pie bad they bake wonderful!

I like to bake pies for other people and found a tip a while ago that ensures a crispy bottom crust: while the oven is preheating, place a sheet pan on the rack. After refrigerating your pie for about 30 minutes, place it on the screaming hot sheet pan which will ensure that the bottom crust will never get soggy. This is why I love using these pans....I am afraid of using this method with glass pie plates AND anything ceramic may not heat up fast enough to crisp up the bottom crust. Using the heavy aluminum pans results in perfect crust every time. PLUS, you can leave the leftovers with the pan as it is disposable. To buy these in the grocery store can really add up in price, so this is a great "bang for the buck". They are every bit as sturdy as the ones I bought at the grocery store. I highly recommend them!

Great for making multiple pies., Especially when you’re making them to give away. Stronger than the conventional foil. Strongly recommend good value.

These pans are a good quality heavy duty pan. However, not big enough for the 9" recipes I make. The interior dimensions are correctly listed in the description. I did think about keeping them and cutting back on the amount of filling I use since they are good quality pans.

I thought this would be a standard 9 inch pie pan. It is a bit smaller than I expected and I believe the recipe for 9 inch pies will not fit in the pie. I'm a little disappointed but will not bother to return them. I will try to use them the best I can

I have bee pie making for 50 years. A few years ago I discovered these disposable pie pans (reusable in most cases) and have used them since. They are sturdy enough to handle a heavenly filled pie and the bonus is you can reuse them. I use them for baking other items ( chicken and other meats, sweet potatoes or left overs). I don't dispose of them until they are well used.
