Bought this for my husband who loves to cook and was using a nasty old Plastic one that I kept seeing pieces coming off every time I washed it and he Loves Lamson products and has several so I thought I would try this Spatula and he’s absolutely thrilled with it. We mainly cook on Cast Iron or All Clad so this 3” X 5” Spatula fits in perfectly for his eggs, sausage, pancakes, hamburgers, etc..and was a great deal on sale! It’s has a full tang which makes it strong enough to smash burgers without worrying it’s going to snap, and it also scrapes the pan without difficulty or damage to the beveled edge. It’s the perfect size for cooking indoors and could even be used with our Green Egg. The handle is the perfect length and we don’t get burnt when cooking and the handle doesn’t melt, and doesn’t have any melted areas like others I read about in reviews of other spatulas. It’s a beautiful very well made Spatula works great on Cast Iron and I definitely recommend. We also only clean by hand and dry it when we are done in order to prevent rusting, although it states it’s safe to place in the dishwasher they recommended hand washing like your expensive knives.

I am really enjoying the size of this steel spatula. IMO it is the perfect size. I am using mine with a 12 inch cast iron skillet and it works so well. I dont recommend metal utensils for non stick pans, but if you have cast iron or steel pans this is a great option. I could also see this working well for the bbq grill if you want a short handle or using this with a griddle. Build quality is fantastic. Have not seen any rust. Highly recommend.

It’s strong and made well in the USA

I purchased both the 3"x5" and the 2.5"×2.5" turners. Pros: Quality materials, and assembled nicely. The handles are comfortable in hand and made for heavy use. The blade is brushed stainless steel, full tang, and has just the right amount of flex to it. Note: It is narrow where the blade and handle meet, and the steel IS mildly flexible so, in my opinion, it won't work as a heavy use burger smasher. It's perfect for just about every other turner/spatula job though. This turner exceeded my expectations and should last many years if cared for properly. Cons: Just one. If I have to pay a premium for an item simply because it is made in the USA, then so be it, I'm happy to do so. BUT, in return, I expect to see "Made in the USA" permanently etched somewhere on it. Sadly, it appears nowhere on this one. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Well balanced. Rigid but still flexible.

I’m a Landon Sharp fan from years ago. This spatula proves the quality of their products. This will be something that gets passed on to the next generation.

Beyond cheap and flimsy. I'm not sure what others are talking about but this was dollar store thin metal quality at best
