Not for backs
This is a great roller but I ordered it for my back. The picture shows a model with along thin roller underneath her back. This is what I thought I was ordering. It’s way too big to lie on. Not long an thin but big. Better for calf and thigh massageI actually still have it in the wrapper.I think this size roller would cause more pain to the back. You can’t roll on it as your back arches too much

Just what I needed
It is extremely sturdy. After my knee replacement I had a lot of exercises to do. Two of which required this shape started with a rolled up towel but that was no good really. So glad I saw this it’s just right. So was the price

Great Product!
Bought this to help with sciatic pain during pregnancy. It really helped and my partner has also used it for his bad back. Would recommend.

Exactly what I would expect from a foam roller
Saved me a visit to the physio, relived tight IT band and associated knee issues. Lightweight and firm.

Must have if you regulary train at the gym
Foam Roller - for Self Massage Exercise, Back Pain, Relieve Muscles, Legs,Trigger Point, Yoga, Physical Therapy, Body Stretching, Deep Tissue - 16 Inch / Black / High Density is currently available in 5 different colours: black, blue, orange, pink and violet, and can be in 3 different sizes: 16 inch, 12 inch and 32 inch. The price starts from about £11.99 to £27.99, depending on the size and the colour you will choose from, and that includes next day quick delivery as well as 30 day free returns if anything goes wrong with the product. Those type of rollers are very useful to have, especially when you regularly train at the gym and get knotted muscles as they are perfect for reliving the pain in the most difficult areas to reach such as in between shoulder blades and hamstrings. Yes it is painful when you roll onto them, but it is only temporary, as with every next “roll” the painful or knotted muscle will release and you will feel relived in the end.My gym has those, but it is always a good idea to have one at home as you never know when a cramping muscle will hit you.

Great roller
This is a lovely, sturdy roller. It's really lightweight so easy to carry to classes, but is solid when using, feels hard and doesn't bend out of shape. It's compact and well made, have been using it about 3 times a week and it's still intact and in shape. 12 inches was the perfect size for me to use under my back.Really love the bright colour too.Delivery was very fast, would happily recommend.
