Review: I was hoping correctly, that these would be over-sized, and they are. They are much closer to 1/48th scale, which is what I wanted for a WW I aerodrome diorama. They used sheep for "mowing" the grass fields (even during WW II) and that's what I bought them for. The downside to these is there are two different breeds of sheep, and each breed is in the same pose. The white wool is WAY too white, so I resorted to re-painting them, and amputating legs for laying down sheep (worked). All in all, I'm happy with them. Are these sheep HO train layout size?** A: No, HO scale is 1/87, and these sheep are 1/64 scale. **Q: Are these small enough to fit through the opening of a water bottle?** A: They 're all about 15cm or 5/8s of an inch tall so should fit through the opening of a water bottle. **Q: Do they float?** A: As I did not buy them for the purpose of water use, I can’t say if they float or not. Unfortunately the sheeps are way too small for my project, so it was a waste of money for me (not seller's fault).
