Cretacolor Graphite Powder, 150 gram

I just started using this a month ago but I am able to take my 3d printed Items and make them look like metal. It's a bit messy but put some paper down and use a glove. Graphite will wash off hands with soap and water. In order to benefit from the graphite use a gloss white or gloss black primer coat. If you want more of a bright chrome use white. If you want more of a gun metal or satin color use black. Black can also work for shadows when using both white and black primers together.

Worked great for my cosplay mandalorian helmet project. Very messy to use tho so wear gloves while handling. A little goes a long way. This will last a long time.

This product was need for it's high conductivity. I make electroforming jewelry and found a guy on YouTube that tested how high the conductive this product was and he chose it. Suffice to say that is why I bought it. It appears to be one of the best quality powders need for this procedure; and YES it really worked! Will be buying more!

I work on 3d printed props and painting cosplays for people as a side hobby and this product has worked fantastic for taking a gloss black paint job and turning it into something that looks like real metal, especially prop firearms and armor.

First off this is an amazing product with a large variety of uses ranging from art and paint to lubrication. Now I purchased this to use and paint up a helmet to get that nice metalic sheen. And I have to say once the proper precautions and prep are taken to ensure that sheen it comes out beautiful. Notes for people not used to it like myself. Its extremely messy my recommendation is to wear gloves of some sort when working with the material. Wash your hands after regardless. Other wise 5 star product I plan to buy more and plenty of it.

Perfect mirror finish but kind of messy

I use this for my cosplay with foam armor. I start with a glossy white paint and then rub this over the foam to create the look. Glossy black works well also but was a bit too dark for what I needed. You will also need to buff it out and clear coat it also. And you will need gloves as it is messy. The results are awesome.

Great material to work with

I originally bought this for use with 3D printed models and it's worked brilliantly for that purpose. By rubbing a small amount of the graphite powder into prints I was able to give silver-coloured models a much more convincing metallic finish. It worked especially well on things like swords, robots and metallic characters where I wanted a bit of extra shine and realism without painting. A single tub also goes a very long way. Mine lasted around three years of occasional 3D printing projects before I needed to think about replacing it. Overall, it's been excellent value for money and I'd happily recommend it to artists, model makers and 3D printing enthusiasts looking to add a metallic effect to their work.

Hochwertiges Künstlergraphit wurde pünktlich geliefert. Die Menge hatte ich etwas unterschätzt - ich werde sehr lange damit arbeiten können. Das Material gibt einem neuen Gestaltungsspielraum und ist daher sehr inspirierend Definitiv nicht für Kinder geeignet!!!
