a lot lower to the ground than expected, not a problem at all since i wanted a low bed. super easy to build took an hour, definitely worth buying

I got the bed frame and it was a little bit damaged! Not too bad though it was a metal piece. I contacted customer service and they’ve been very helpful and said they would replace the part but other than that it was very easy to assemble and the size was great. It is very low to the ground so keep that in mind!

This frame barely sits off the ground. They make it look a lot taller in the picture. The reason i got a bedframe is because i got tired of my mattress being on the ground since I'm 44 and not so spry anymore. It also doesn't quite fit my queen mattress, but I might just need to make an adjustment on that. I do like the LED shelf, and the material is pretty solid. The assembly was easy; I think I only screwed up once or twice, and I had it done by myself in under an hour.

I have 2 autistic twins who have broke every bed I have ever bought! So I went searching for a new bed and came across this one and thought "yep they will love it because it lights up" and they do. Now as for the bed directions were a little hard to figure out once in a while but eventually I figured it out the outside put togetherness. What is awesome is the wood slats the mattress sits on...you only screw the middle in than you pull the wood slats across the metal frame and they are all velcroed together and connect to the bed easily! Only problem I had was the remote does not come with instructions like it says on the bed directions wish I would have gotten one bit I kinda just messed around with the remote till I got it on a setting that works for my twins.

Shipping was my real complaint, the end of the box was damaged but not broken parts other then what looks like a knife cut on the end side board. I took my time by myself about 2 hours to make sure every bolt was put in properly and not over tightened to avoid stripping. The frame low profile which is what I wanted and is very sturdy. No bed creeking or noises and the LED works very nice for a night light. Over all very happy. Will use black viynal repair to fix the cut.
