Value and reliability of the product
With in 4 weeks of purchasing this product, The Battery component is corroding. Trying to contact the seller to have this issue resolved But has not been easy so far.

Could not get it to do anything apart from full flash photo which just made the picture white. It does have some instructions but I could not get it to work properly. Its a quality made item, but I could not work it so returned it, maybe you will have better luck

Att lära sig att kalibrera blixtstyrkan för objektet man vill fotografera. Det blir lätt överexponerade bilder. Fungerar bra när man fått kontroll på blixt styrkan.

¡NO LO COMPREN!
No vale la pena comprarlo Compré este RingFlash para mi cámara Nikon y, aunque cuidé el producto de manera responsable y seguí todas las instrucciones, presentó fallas de fábrica. Incluso compré dos años de garantía extendida, esperando mayor protección, pero el fabricante no cubre los daños que provienen de problemas de fabricación. Lo reporté a Amazon detallando su estado y la situación, esperando que la garantía se hiciera válida. Para mi sorpresa, el fabricante no solo no se hizo responsable del envío de reemplazo, sino que me exigió pagar nuevamente por otro producto, incluso aunque sea a mitad de precio, y aparte cubrir el costo del envío. Esto me parece totalmente injusto y una falta de respeto al consumidor. Si tienes problemas con este RingFlash, prepárate para gastar dinero extra aunque tú no tengas culpa alguna. La garantía, incluso la extendida, es prácticamente inútil y el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. No lo recomiendo.
