The media could not be loaded. !!! HOW TO CONNECT IT TO THE PS4!!!Connect the controller with a provided usb-c to USB cable into the PS4. You have to now manually turn on the PlayStation 4. So either press the power button on the PS4 or use a controller that has already been paired with the PS4 to turn on the PS4. With the PS4 on and the cable connected from the controller to the PS4, hold down the home button on the controller. Give it a few seconds and it will pair. Once the controller is paired with the PS4, you will no longer have to connect it to the PS4 with the USB cable. The controller will automatically turn on the PS4 when you press the home button after the pairing process. You just have to connect it physically with the cable the very first time to pair it to the PS4.I think a lot of people connect the USB cable to the controller and the PS4 and then press the home button on the controller with the PS4 turned off, expecting the PS4 to turn on with the unpaired controller. And when the ps4 doesn't turn the pst on, they think it wont pair. So make sure you manually turn on the PS4 with controller connected using the provided usb cable to do the pairing process. After the pairing process is complete you'll no longer need to use the USB cable unless you want to charge it or something.Please see the video for a detailed review. Build quality is great I really wish I knew what manufacturer made this cuz I don't think it's the original PS4 elite controller. It may be a copy made by a third party or something. Even so the build quality is amazing. Feels really good in the hand my only gripe is the r1 and r2 button are a little hard to press, due to the positioning of the grip of the controller. This is easily remedied by using m1 and M2 as r1 and r2 as I explain in the video. It has two turbo modes which is great. The bottom button positioning is awesome. I don't tend to hit them when I'm trying to push in the stick like other controllers. It looks really clean and sharp.

This is an abswer to my own question previously in hopes that it helps you too. I had issues getting the gamepad to work wirelessly with the laptop for gaming. I have an MSI GE66 Raider with the 12 gen i7, RTX 3070, plenty enough to bit have issues that way. I had done the pairing the way the manual said to which did register it as a wireless controller but still nothing gamerly wirelessly. Amazon help was useless as the rep clearly didn't read what I was typing, just kept repeating 'you cannot connect the controller to the laptop wirelessly?' which I had examined in detail that it wasn't working for gaming on the laptop, not that I can't connect it. SMH! Anyway, after hours of searching and stuff, it turns out that the gamepad has to be configured through steam. Steam sees it as a PS4 controller, I'd been using steam when I was having the issue before doing this bit, and needed to calibrate it. Works fine now.Issue aside, the controller is great! I love the fact that I don't need a dongle taking up a port like most of the gamepads need in this price range! The size is nice. It's comfortable to hold. Responsiveness is great too. No functional problems since resolving the other one. Excellent buy!
