I bought this chair for my 83 yr old mom. Not only my mom loves it, I do too! It was easy to put together. It’s light to carry and comfortable. I definitely recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.

I am very pleased with dual duty commode/shower chair. It feels very sturdy, and has two types of caps for the feet, making it even more stable if necessary. It fits well in my shower, and over my toilet or as a stand alone commode. The arms make it easier for me to stand up while only putting weight on one foot. It did take some time to put together, but we were able to manage just fine by taking our time and following the directions carefully. I am so glad we chose this one!

As a shower chair, it’s fine. But as a bedside commode— forget it. Vague instructions on installing the bedpan . And never refers to the “ slides” that came with it, slides apparently for holding the bedpan. And should have screws as well— but there is nowhere on the chair with holes to use for the sliders. Instructions are good up to the last couple of steps, when the writer must have gotten too tired to even mention the part letters. Should have given a 3, but shower part is nice.

Very useful for our loved ones older adults, super to bathe them and make them the bathroom

We used it as a shower chair. It has wide feet and felt sturdy in the shower. The soft plastic cover made it more comfortable.

First of all the instructions did not include anything about when and where to install the glide rails for the basket underneath when used as a bedside commode so I had to take it apart partially to make it work. Not everyone would be able to figure it out. In addition, the “cushion” does not stick well over the front curve of the seat, where the legs hit. I am afraid that it will stick to my fathers legs as it peels up further and folds over. But mostly, it really isn’t very comfortable as a bedside commode. It might be better as a shower chair but as we need it as a commode first at this time, it does not fit our needs. The picture made it look much more comfortable than it is. We are sending it back.

I started buying items to make taking care of my mom easy. This was purchased as a bedside commode. It serves its purpose. If any critique, I wish the catch tray was deeper, but I knew the depth before purchase so my rating won't go against that. I also use it sometimes to sit over the toilet for her as well. **BE CAREFUL** My mom tried to rock and get up and the seat came up on 2 legs. I recommend if you're in need.

I really like that this chair is sturdy, strong and the iner seat part comes off when needed. It looks great and easy to assembly. Would def. recommend this product.
