Lacks flavor
I’ve tried different amounts of the powder to try an get the carrot juice flavor that I expected and have yet to get it. Definitely disappointed.

Not good compared to other carrot juice powders out there
doesn't dissolve well in water (gels and gums up instead of dissolving like a proper carrot juice powder)does not taste very strongly of carrots, tastes more like flour/guar gum than carrot
