Kaftan Dresses for Women Ethnic Floral Prints Free Size Kaftans for Women

I am 5' 1" and this caftan comes to my ankles, but it is fine by me. I usually wear a size 10-12, and I like the roominess, and the draw string helps to provide shape. The cotton is substantial and it is not really sheer, but it is very comfortable. I wash it on delicate cycle and it dries quickly.

Pretty, but had the most horrible smell coming out of the plastic bag that it was sealed in. I washed it, and the smell came out. We will see once you get hot in it, whether the smell comes back. Thought it was so strange, but the terrible smell was unmistakable!

Actually purchased this for my visiting mama. She really liked it. I could wash it and hang it to dry without wrinkling. It's pretty enough to probably belt and wear into town as a dress.

There are pros and cons to this kaftan. Pros are it’s not thin and see through. Beautiful hand dyed pattern. Fits all sizes and it’s comfortable to wear(mostly). Cons are the dye is thick on the material so it’s stiff and scratchy. I’ve only washed and worn it once so I’m hoping it will soften up over time. I washed it on gentle in my machine and hang to dry. Might do better with fabric softener but I’m allergic to it. Time will tell if it gets softer with use and age. I own 4 of these and will buy again as they are great for hot desert summer and year round comfort at home or out and about.

It’s big but you can cinch at the waist with the tie. So cute

The fabric did have an odd odor when I opened it. After washing it, it seemed to be better. Comfy and fabric not too thin but lightweight for summer.
