**Q: the scent from the powder on the box took my breath, why? I've bought several soaps and none had powder film on them.**
A: Because the soaps are naked, meaning not individually wrapped to save on waste, they can experience some shifting around inside their boxes which creates a rubbing of the bars. The powder in the box is simply soap powder from this shifting inside the box.

**Q: When I received my package there was heavily scented powder all over the package and inside. What is the powder?**
A: Occasionally during shipping and handling, the soaps can bump around inside their boxes and the friction can cause the powder you're seeing. The powder is soap as a result of this.
