I am turning to a vegetarian diet and something about this seasoning helps me with meat cravings. Sooo good in veggie smoothies. Try making your own “V8” juice with it—far superior to storebought veggie juice. I have energy to burn.

Was as expected

I like soy sauce occasionally but not the side effects that soy is known to cause (look it up if you're curious, I'm not here to bash it or support it). The liquid aminos options is fantastic because it provides the soy sauce flavor without the soy, plus adds protein to whatever you add it to.Be warned, much like soy sauce it is relatively high in sodium so don't overdo it.
