Update: I have been taking this for quite some time. They really helped my hip pain and I continue taking them.Decided to have my husband take them, he has been taking them only a week. Says he doesn't see any lessening of pain. When I started taking them, they worked within days. May not work for everyone, but even my doctor is happy I am taking these and recommends turmeric to her patients. Wish they would bring back the larger bottle, but I can deal with 60 for now. I take 4 a day, I would start with the lower dose to make sure you can tolerate theturmeric. Some of my friends couldn't take them, had stomach issues. Love my Turmaquik, shout out to Navin for quick replies to messages!This is a follow up review. I take this for hip pain, daily. Haven't had hip pain since taking Turmeric. I was diagnosedwith bursitis and cortisone shots were what the doctor gave me. Tried these and have not gone back for hip pain since.

I had injured my left knee the winter of 2018 as I was out feeding my 2 horses. I had stepped in deep soft snow so it sunk down suddenly, as I heard and felt a popping and heard a crunching sound. Being a very recently retired Registered Nurse, I wanted to enjoy it instead of recuperating from knee surgery!! Finally get quality horse riding time and hobbling around like an old geezer. At the time I was 74 and quite active. I did all the right nursing stuff. And a week into the injury I started Acupuncture. I found it be about 50% helpful but still found myself still hobbling around and having to walk down our deck one step at a time with my weight bearing on my good knee only. So, time for a bit of research. I did add Turmeric to my diet but really didn't work a lot. I studied again and switched to Meriva Curcumin Turmeric 550 mg supplement. It did take at least 3 weeks before I noticed a difference. But hey, I had already invested in the supplement so why not take it even if I didn't notice much difference right away. At some point I remembered reading some persons' review mentioning they used the 2 capsules twice a day instead of once a day. So, maybe that is what may have made a difference with my knee. I definitely can testify that I had done significant injury to that joint. And I also knew that my plan was to utilize surgery as my LAST intervention choice. And yes, I cared for many patients with knee surgery and knee replacement!!This product lived up to the reviews and some more. The pain, clicking noise and stiffness were finally gone!! Now I just ordered another bottle. I had stayed on this dose of the 2 capsules twice a day for the duration of 2 bottles. Now in hindsight, I should have continued with another bottle and SLOWLY tapered down to the 2 capsules ONCE a day. Then even taper another bottle to either the 2 capsules every other day or 1 capsule daily. Lastly, being high energy, I also failed to acknowledge that I was starting to feel discomfort in that knee.Since I just started taking this miracle natural healing compound again, its really too early to report that my pain is gone or even less. But, I'm extremely confident that will be my report within the next week or so since I do have better range of motion than when the injury first occurred.

My husband's acupuncturist recommended the components of Turmaquik for his arthritic hands. It was so good to find all of them in one bottle! This was the only combination capsule I could find, and I'm very glad I did. Only time will tell if it helps, but the folks at Turmaquik seem to be very eager to please! And, taking Turmaquik is better for my husband than loading up on NSAIDs. Fingers are crossed............2020: For an update, we're still purchasing this product. It still has the best combination of herbs, and i truly believe it helps my husbands hands and wrists. 2021 update: So wish it wasn't so expensive. It's hard to afford on Social Security.

I'm a 65 year old male and 9 months ago I had meniscus surgery on my right knee. I did all that I was told to rehabilitate, but it still hurt and it took both hands to get down stairs awkwardly! Three months ago I saw Turmaquik in Pinterest, read up on it and thought I'd give it a try. Ordered a small bottle from Amazon and followed the directions. I could see some improvement, but it wasn't over night - after six weeks a remarkable improvement, can go down the stairs not even holding the railing and no pain. Have taken this for only 2 weeks to date and have not noticed much improvement in my knee. There is arthritis but the pain is more in the back and in the leg (from ligament inflammation apparently), and it is extremely difficult to bend the leg at the knee. That has not improved but still hopeful. Being 70 years old with some digestive issues, the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc) need to be avoided. Hence, the trial of Turmaquik, 2 capsules daily.

I've been using Turmaquik for about 4 months now and my knee pain has been reduced to almost nothing. I stopped taking it for about a week just to see what would happen. I was ok but did start to notice some stiffness and numbness in my hands had returned. Then I tweaked my knee and could barely walk on it, so started taking it again rather than Advil. Within a day i noticed a reduction in swelling and and pain and now, 5 days later, my knee pain is gonel. Also, the stiffness and numbing that I had in my hands and wrists is gone again. I think its a great product and I've recommended it to many of my friends and family!.
