Harley-Davidson FLS/FXS/FXC Softail Series 2011-2016 (Clymer Manuals)

This is an outstanding technical manual. It is a very in-depth and technical manual that professional motorcycle mechanics would use. As far as the backyard mechanic, I will never attempt such an extensive break down of my motorcycle (IE:Engine disassembly) due to inexperience, so I will not use certain sections that this manual provides, but it is there if needed. The wiring diagrams are excellent.

A bit expensive but worth it if you are going to do your own wrenching. I still use YouTube to watch it being done but you can get a lot of stats out of the book. Capacities and other things. Worth having if you have a bike.

Excellent manual but I've used them from vehicles to four wheelers! The detailed descriptions n photos help tremendously.

Awesome manual, you do need to pay attention to the model you have though. This manual covers a few different models and is split into different sections by part which can require closer attention when reading.

Wer sich kein teures Werkstattbuch kaufen möchte kann hier zugreifen. Darf eigentlich in keiner kleinen Werkstatt fehlen.Aber gleich vorne weg , wer keine Ahnung davon hat in welche Richtung eine Schraube auf geht, sollte sich das Buch sparen . Es macht keinen Mechaniker aus dem Leser . Wer ein wenig Erfahrung hat und gerne schraubt der ist mit diesem Buch gut bedient. Die beschriebenen Arbeiten sind zwar immer Schritt für Schritt beschrieben und teilweise auch bebildert, aber etwas Erfahrung ist bei manchen Arbeiten kein Fehler.Ansonsten sind alle Arbeiten sehr genau und sorgfältig beschrieben , alle Drehmomente und Füllmengen findet man genau so. Tabellen zum Umrechnen von Anzugsdrehmomenten sind vorhanden, genau so wie Stromlaufpläne der diversen Modelle.Fazit : Wer gerne schraubt und den ein oder anderen Defekt bzw. Wartungsarbeit selbst behebt/durchführt kommt an dem Buch nicht vorbei, wer 2 linke Hände hat besser Finger davon und ab in die Werkstatt damit !

I have a 2016 Softail Slim S. This manual is great, I always find myself cracking this book open for guidance. Definitely a must have, wish i bought it sooner. It's not the cheapest book, but I can't believe I went so long without it. It will save you time and money in the long-run, a great investment.
