The "Perfect Chocolate" is not what I deem "perfect" chocolate... more like a Mocha Chocolate flavor - but still quite nice. No nasty aftertaste and very smooth flavoring. Mixed well in my Vitamix. It doesn't keep me as full as my G.S.
