Motorcycle 39MM Harley Rubber Fork Boots Gators Gaiters Covers - Fits Harley Narrow Glide Sportster 1991 - UP FXD and 1988 - UP XL - Harley Chopper Bobber

Purchased for a 2002 Honda Shadow. Fits perfect, like it was designed for this bike. The Shadows have 41mm forks, but I went with the smaller 39mm because the bottom bell is slightly smaller. There was still going to be some looseness on the bottom that I would have to correct with some shims but I figured the top would stretch if needed. I didn’t measure, but these did not have to stretch much at all so the 39mm is actually closer to 41mm. Length was just perfect from top of bottom fork to the triple tree.

These replaced a pair of Chinese made fork gators that lasted less than a month! The rubber used in these ones is of much higher quality and are still crack and dry rot free on my bike a year after installation. Shape, fit and finish couldn't be better!
