Not sure if people are aware, but after you have a bath the vagina way your lady goods are not quite feeling their best. The nurse at the hospital where I delivered my daughter gave me a bottle of this and told me to buy more for when I came home. Boy am I glad she did! You basically will be wearing these mesh type underwear the hospital will give you to take home (trust me they stretch). You will also get some soft ice packs to take home with you. You will layer the ice pack on top of the underwear with these ridiculously long giant pads and place some of those witch hazel pads on top of that and then spray this spray on top of everything. It will literally change your life and make you feel so much better and heal faster.

I made myself a post partum care kit and put it in a basket on the back of the toilet and included this spray. It was fantastic! I had 3rd degree tearing after giving birth, so this was a must have for me. I used it several times a day for about 6 weeks.

Easy to use

Was given this stuff in the hospital to spray on my lady parts after giving birth. It was really helpful in lessening the pain as stitches healed. Bought more once the hospital bottle ran out and will ne adding to my first aid kit for pain relief for other cuts scrapes and wounds in the future
