Worked as intended, no instructions in box however website had very good guidance. Great buy for a desktop/tabletop power source with full USB functionality!

I installed this in my backyard Observatory to replace my older outlet strip that had a on off toggle switch. My miniPC turns on automatically when the power is turned on. I can boot up the computer remotely. I really like the orientation and spacing of the plugs. I can now plug in my power adapters without loosing any outlet plugs. I just hopes it lasts.

Purchased a 3 outlet version in May of 2023. As of today (Aug. 21st, 2024) I found out that the reset button on the side for the Wi-Fi connection has been missing since we got it. It's an internal button that must be pressed with a paperclip. Quality control is either non-existent or they were on vacation when this junk was manufactured. When it loses connection to Wi-Fi, BN-Link thought it to be a good idea to CONTINUOUSLY CYCLE ALL outlets on the strip until you reset it. The button is gone in its entirety, therefore resetting it is impossible. This could have destroyed electronics, or in my case, freeze our poor little tortoise because his heat lamp has likely been cycling all afternoon unable to warm up properly. I will never buy or recommend BN-Link products from here on out.

Works perfectly, better than paying alot for 'smart' products... app works seamless

I purchased this product to control lighting and fans on a three-teared seeding/plant grow cart I made. The ability to control each outlet individually and set timers or schedules is awesome. I have created schedules for each outlet to turn ON and another to turn OFF. Three for lights and three for fans with a set of lights and fan on each level of the cart. I just toggle ON the schedule to turn an outlet on to engage the On/Off schedule. No adjustment of the schedule is required. I can still of course manually or through the app turn them all (or individually) On/Off. This is a great product and with this type of control, it could be used in so many other applications as well.

I looked for what felt like forever for a decent looking power strip that looked like it could power my wife's wax warmers and allow us to control them through Alexa and the most important thing I was looking for was that it would use the smart life app because I am doing everything I can to make sure we don't have dozens of apps for the items we have in our home (we already have way more apps than I would prefer) and when I found that this would use smart life, has an angled low profile plug, and some USB ports I decided to give this a try. It arrived super fast, connected to the 2.4ghz router I specifically set up for our devices right away and was paired with Alexa as soon as I was finished naming each plug in smart life, it literally took me longer to straighten the cord out than it did set this up.My only disappointment was that I wish this had atleast 6 feet rather than the not quite 5 feet cord, but for the price and ease of setup I'm very happy.

Works exactly as advertised. Purchased this to turn a lamp on/off with Alexa. I had a smart bulb in the lamp but it worked intermittently. Now the lamp comes on or turns off with specific phrases with no issues. Bonus with this power bar are charging ports for iPhone and iPad.We are very satisfied.

No bells or whistles and the app sending annoying notifications are negatives. But I still have 5 stars it works and is simple to use. At the price I’m thinking of another 2 to round out some lighting I want to automated.

J'ai commandé cette prise car je voulais absolument avoir des prise usb-c, celle reçu a seulement des prises usb-A, j'ai contacté le vendeur et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse, après avoir contacté Amazon pour leurs expliquer la situation il on juste dit de le retourner et prendre autre chose...Très mauvais service de BN-LINK, à voir les commentaire des autres clients qui ont reçu le mauvais article, il semble qu'il ne donne aucube réponse et aucun service. Evitez BN-LINK et trouvez autres chose!!
