I spent so much time looking for good nonstick cookie sheets - with good being the key word here. So many looked promising and upon reading reviews, realized they would do the same things the ones I already have did! I didn't want Teflon anymore and am replacing things that have Teflon. These are higher priced, but the quality is there! I love them! Nothing sticks to them! They are super easy to clean, are very sturdy and these do not warp in the oven! No more food being thrown in the oven when the cookie sheet warps. You do get what you pay for. They nest together for storage but don't touch each other to cause scratches. I seldom use a dishwasher so washing by hand is no issue for me. There is no need for scrubbing as everything slides right off. Even roasting chicken was super easy - the skin did not stick to the pan and was nice and browned. Perfect! Would I buy them again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Yes. I am very glad I found these.

I bought my cookie sheets over the years, and I must tell you these are just the bestI use them to cook a lot of different things the quality is great they clean up great and best of all they are Italian

I use these pans mostly for cooking bacon in the oven. It cooks evenly, no warping and clean up is a dream!They are so non-stick that the grease drains out almost completely and I can wipe the rest out with a paper towel.I wish I would have purchased these a long time ago.

A couple of years ago I bought the DaTerra roasting pan. It was so fabulous I convinced my sister to buy one as well as we refer to it as our "magic" roasting pan. I loved it so much I kept going back to Amazon to see if there were more products available - and finally there is! These pans are lightweight yet extremely sturdy - they do no warp in the oven. Better yet everything I've cooked in them turns out magically wonderful. There is a reason excellent quality cookware is so much more expensive, it really does make your food turn out so much better! The fact that it doesn't contain hazardous elements (PFOA, etc) makes it a no-brainer. I love my cookie sheets as much as my roaster pan. My next purchase is going to be their smaller, covered roaster!

These are awesome!! Price may scare you off but it’s worth it. Just pulled biscuits out of the oven and they’re sliding around on the pan. No spray, no nothing; just drop homemade biscuit dough on the pan and pop in the oven. Great product.
