I followed the sizing guide but for 38 inches the only option is large no matter your cup size so the back strap is maxed out (not including the extender) but the rest is very loose on me. I am pleased that the shoulder straps are adjustable enough so they stay up and don’t slide off my shoulders like the last nursing bra I tried. I do not like that you can see nipple impressions through certain shirts. And when you put the pads in, then you just see giant round pad impressions through those shirts. I will probably end up keeping it because it’s comfortable, the straps don’t slide, and I might “grow into it” as pregnancy progresses and just be cautious of which shirts I wear with it.

Fit well. Good support. Has not stretched out much after 4 months.

Every bra I've ever bought on Amazon has been returnable if it didn't fit, but not this bra. I actually liked the bra a lot, but it was smaller than I'd thought in the cup size. Amazon gave me a one-time exception and refunded my money even though I couldn't return it.Momcozy has the exact same bra for the same price and they let you return it.

Purchased these in both nude and black. The nude is much larger and almost loose on the tightest setting. They don’t offer much support and are VERY thin. Do they hold my flanges while I’m pumping so I’m hands-free? Yes, however that’s really the only positive to these particular bras. I guess good functionality for the price but that’s it.

I really don't like this bra overall. I can wear it around three house and that's about it. It simultaneously gives me uniboob and quadboob. The layers of the bra dig into my breasts so that each breast looks like two breasts, but the unflattering cut gives me a straight across appearance instead of two different breasts. There are too many layers to the bra that can easily be seen under a tighter shirt and the elastic piece that allows nursing capabilities is too long and hangs out. The pumping aspect works ok until your breasts are almost empty; then it loses the tightness against your chest. It's comfortable though, I'll give it that.
