Great vitamin!
Great vitamin for my 5 year old, helps her immune system. Since taking daily with ionic zinc she doesn’t get sick often. She likes the taste of the vitamin C more than the zinc

sad for price increase but
really bummed the price doubled since before summer 2024 but they remain my favorite natural vitamin c for the kids. It tastes great, easy to quickly give it to the kids, and helps keep their immune system up or fight infections when they’re sick. It’s so hard to find vitamin c without additives and derived from whole foods, plus taste great without added sugar- thankful they’ve stuck with their recipe.

It works!!! I started 2wks ago and noticed after about the end of 2wks that i was not as tired. I also noticed less cravings by 3rd wk..MUCH less cravings id say, so i lost 2 lbs in 1 wk. I stopped it to see if it was that or just hormones...IT WORKS...i got suuuper sleepy alll day and started getting cravings after 48hrs of stopping lol

Worth a try!!
Im giving 4 stars because my kid was not too fond of the taste. Other than that I love that this vitamin c is of good quality, not too thick, and easy to swallow. I could say it has definitely helped prevent some colds or atleast helped shorten the length of it. It is well worth buying again.

I bought these MaryRuth Organics kids’ vitamin C drops to have a simple, everyday way to add a bit of extra support to my children’s routine. I like that the formula is USDA organic, vegan and in liquid form, so I can adjust the serving according to the directions based on age. The taste is mild enough that my kids don’t fight me on it – they’ll take it directly from the dropper or mixed into a little water or juice.
