One of my best amazon buys, I had a leather buckle belt, which was fine but I found after a while it wasn't giving me the support I needed and was annoying to take on and off while squatting, my husband has a lever belt similar to this, and suggested I get one, and I'm delighted i did, so much more supportive, and I can just open the lever instead of taking off, and I've also upped my squat weight by a few kilos, very good quality and very sturdy lever, I'm a size uk8 and this size belt is perfect with room to adjust up or down a size, overall I would highly recommend 👍

Have used about 20 times so far from December (Now April). Split where metal clamp is connected, disappointing as it’s just starting to break in to be comfortable it’s fully broke!
