I am sorry to say that I was extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from your website. The multi tool that I ordered was listed as weighing 1.2 kg on the website, but the product that I received weighed only 450 grams. Additionally, the dimensions of the product were not as described on the website.I am extremely disappointed with the incorrect information provided on the website and the discrepancy between the product that I ordered and the product that I received. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and misled, and I would not recommend this product or your website to others.

Have received it today, the tools seems to be very much sturdy and will definitely serve the purpose during trekking. It's worth a buy and value for money. Finishing of the tool is awesome. Even the carry pouch is handy and is of a good quality. Will update later while trekking with the tool.
