so after all the reviews and never trying anything like this before. i took one about 30 minutes after my lunch and at the time i was feeling bloated and a bit nausea. i took one of these capsules and by goodness i had no idea what to expect and i thought i shouldn't feel anything strange but i did, after about 15 minutes i felt i was getting hot so i took my top off and walked around the room. i was struggling to belch after my dinner and then it hit me i could feel it starting to work this made and is still feels like its sucking my food down with a warn sensation slowly it was moving around my tubes and i had to belch and did a few buuup. the histamine problem at time of taking the pill was bad burning and bloated uneasiness but believe it or not the histamine intense feeling of impending doom is easing off, i no longer feel sick and my head feels rather clear i am feeling tingling I'm arms and legs but am a normal temp now and happy my tummy don't feel so crapnow before taking this flavanol i was not even thinking about tea with the bloating but now this pill have helped me feel hungry not even sure this is meant to happen. so maybe if your small 8 1/2 stone like me start this pill in half dose because i didn't like the first hour how it made me feel but i could 100% feel it doing what its programmed to do i just didn't expect it to be so intense. as the minutes slowly tick by I'm gaining inner peace so a big thank you too THE GREEN NATURALS STOREi found this to act like activated charcoal in that it seams to make you feel empty. maybe you could offer some advicemaybe i'll try it with food tomorrow and give an update.
