**Q: Once heat pack is activated, how do you get it back to original gel form?**
A: I gave to my kids but my recollection is that you boil them and they return to gel

**Q: How long does the warmth last for the extra wide back pack?**
A: Not totally sure but I think maybe 30 min

**Q: Won’t activate**
A: Find the metal disk and bend(it doesn't always "click")  sometimes  the disc is a little hard to "catch" but mine have always eventually activated .
