Crisp narration , No repetition, full of facts and insight

I liked the book.

Great biography! Enjoyed reading this book about Angela Merkel’s entry into politics after the Berlin Wall fell in 1989, and her rapid rise to become the leader of Germany, the leader of Europe, and finally, after Trump won the US elections, “the leader of the free world “! She was the Chancellor of Germany for 16 years from 2005 till 2021, a long period during which she provided a moral and steady leadership. She was often referred to as the most powerful woman in the world and admired by many. Her lasting legacy would include her principled and unwavering stance on refugees, taking in more than a million refugees since the summer of 2015, even though it came at a huge political cost to herself.

Easy to read and very interesting. Angela merkel is extraordinary and the world is lucky to have her.

This is a well-written, well-organized book that's interesting and "reads well." It's hard to put down

Um livro que se destaca dentre tantos outros. Uma mulher muito a frente do seu tempo, que realmente fez a diferença na política do seu país, da sua região e em todo o mundo. Sabendo mais da sua história pude perceber a importância que ela teve e ainda tem no cenário mundial. Bom seria se existissem mais pessoas como ela no mundo, principalmente na política.
