Turns out I never took a photo of these while mounted, but they were stuck on the ceiling of my apartment in two rooms to mount Stick Up cams. They were up for 6 months and never budged and that's with regularly gripping them to unscrew the base, change out the batteries, and screw the base back on. Like another reviewer, it did minor damage to the drywall when I had to take them down. I don't think it's going to be easy to avoid that - it's a strong sticker on apartment drywall that likely has 10+ coats of thick paint. I was careful to use some thick fishing line and try to cut it under rather than pull but these mounts STICK indoors. For me personally, it's nothing ~$20 of spackle and touch up paint can't fix if you're concerned about security deposits, and it's proof that this mount isn't going anywhere prematurely. The quality outweighs the removal annoyance, and we will be buying these again if we plan to mount the cameras in our new home.

It’s been mounted on my apartment window for months, hasn’t budged, rain or shine. Easy to install, easy to remove the camera for charging. Adjusting it is a little annoying sometimes as you have to hold it in position while tightening it.

I needed a way to mount cameras on the overhang ceiling of a covered porch. The material is the same as the siding of the home we live in; but the mounts for siding didn’t line up for us. These adhesive mounts have held the cameras well so far(including in very cold temps). Hoping they’ll continue to hold well when the summer heat comes. (We needed a way to mount cameras that didn’t involve any screws/drilling/wiring as we rent our home & landlord requested we not ‘leave marks’. This product was just what we needed. It’s DUMB that Ring does not include a mounting adhesive with their ‘stick up cameras’!!!)

These are nice if you live in a house, but renters beware. The adhesive on the back is STRONG and WILL rip your paint if you ever need to move it or take it down. You can adjust the angle of your camera and tighten it to keep it in place and they’re easy to install; but it will definitely rip your paint off your wall if you ever remove it. Good adjustability, good performance, STRONG adhesive.

So far, so good! I used this mount to stick my Ring camera outside my front door at my rental house, where drilling holes isn’t allowed. I mounted it on a window perpendicular to the door, and it’s positioned under an overhang, so it’s protected from rain. The mount feels super sturdy and reliable. I also love being able to easily adjust the angle whenever needed. Overall, a perfect no-drill solution for renters like me! It does come with crews as well!

Used the device to hold a Ring outdoor camera onto a sheet metal (aluminum) surface. Gave it quick sanding to remove some grime and after peeling the protective cover off of the wall mount and pressed it onto the metal surface with as much pressure as I could muster, then let it sit for a short time (30 min. or so). I then proceeded to attach the Ring camera, aimed as desired and walked away. Here it is a week later and there have been no issues with it losing its adhesion to the metal. Very easy to adjust for any angle and although I thought the Ring camera had some heft to it, the adhesive is working great.

This was the biggest waste of money. Used both wall mounts, both fell within a week of usage. I followed instructions of letting it sit for 24 hours before mounting cam. No luck. Seems to not be able to withstand the weight.

This is a great product but you have to know where you going to place it. There is no moving it because the sticker surface on the back is so good that it will not stick twice.
