This stuff is amazing! I have lived with pain for 10 years. I'm not exaggerating. I have a severe case of restless leg syndrome and have taken almost every prescription pill and natural supplement out there. I take things for depression, brain fog, energy, and definitely pain. I'm so tired during the day I have to pull over to sleep in the car if I am in it longer than an hour.I received the supplement yesterday, yes yesterday. I took a teaspoon right away and immediately wanted to go to sleep. I took two teaspoons at bedtime and slept better than I have slept in 15 years. Today I have a ton of energy and I don't hurt anywhere in my body. I have no symptoms of depression. I'm honestly scared to know how depleted my body has been of calcium if I filled this amazing with it. I don't drink milk but I eat a lot of cheese and I take vitamin D. If there is an option to try this risk-free oh, you have no reason to not give it a go. The cost of my supplements that this will replace is five or six times as much as this one supplement. And clearly I was incredibly deficient in calcium!

I would rather take capsules, but since their capsules are not vegetarian, I cannot. It does not taste good, but it hides decently in a protein shake. But this is how I've gotten heel spurs to go away, So it's worth the taste. Not to mention, I'm not getting any younger in our bodies need calcium.

It took about a 2-3 weeks before I felt like it was working. And I have to be consistent and take it every single day. Otherwise pain returns and it takes several days of taking this before I feel relief again. Tasteless and mixes very well with any liquid.

Found this product after i had a serious bout with spinal bone spur. Have been using daily for 6 months. No muscle spasms have reoccured. Good side affect is that my blood pressure checkup was perfect! For the first time in 17 years i was not high and i walked up the stairs to the office. Will continue using. Add it to my morning supplement water. Has a slight tinny aftertaste.
