PotHoles Drainage Discs - Large (2 pack)

Many years ago there was a product on the market called "Flow and Grow" but they didn't survive. Now, finally, here come Potholes drainage discs to the rescue! I always have problems with drainage in my pots, whereupon watering, the water just gushes out the bottom and it didn't feel like a best practice. The only thing I'd like to request is they make some bigger ones for the bigger pots! And lo and behold, on the packaging there is a dedication to the founder who passed away.

I bought these to put in my outdoor pots to keep the roots from sitting in water. So far they seem to do be doing that. I would buy them again.

These discs are barely 6 inches in diameter... I would not consider that large in size. And no way would they be big enough to cover a 14 inch pot unless the bottom was a lot smaller than the top. I returned them.

I like the simplicity of dropping the disc in the pot, adding soil and potting plant! I can now utilize the numerous pots I have that do not have drain holes! Highly recommend!

I purchased a similar product when I could no longer locate these and both me and my wife were disappointed. When she asked me to buy some more, I was happy to find them once again.

They do the job. What else could you ask for.

These work just as I wanted them to. I have two tall planters on my deck, with an Ups-A-Daisy plus newspaper covering the holes on those in each of them but I was still getting dirty drainoff coming out the bottoms. This was causing the deck to look dirty. So this year I did the same arrangement on top but stuck a PotHole on top of the drainage hole. No more dirty runoff water! Works like a charm!
