Directions are a bit weird but they go together super easy. Holds a decent amount of weight if mounted into a wall stud.

I purchased this to use in my classroom. I love the function of it. However it droops in the middle even though I have tried to tighten it several times.

One of the set screws are not enough friction to hold the cable. The cable slips out and cannot stay in place. damage after 4 months of use. not a reliable product. Try to contact seller to get a replacement and see what happen.

I dont get what people are doing wrong here. Pretty simple install. Install the base plates with screws, install the pegs, install the fixed side wire, then pull tight and cut to length the other side as far from the base plate as the adjuster screw will allow. Secure the wire into the adjustable peg then tighten it up. Took me about 15 mins total to install and that included getting tools out.

Let me start by saying this product is function. I got it up on the wall and it is holding my child’s artwork as I wanted. However, when I first opened the packaged I looked at it and thought this looks like something straight out of ikea. Then when I was reading the directions it does say ikea. This isn’t advertised as an ikea product and I think it should be. Second instillation is terrible! You NEED HEAVY DUTY WIRE CUTTERS! Personally this isn’t something I had lying around the house so I had to go buy one adding to the cost of the item and taking up a lot of time. As far as the rest of the install. One of the pieces you screw in to hold the bracket was literally the wrong way. You had to turn it left to tighten, while the other piece was correct and turned right to tighten. Basically it’s just terribly made and classic ikea assembly problems. I had planned to order another’s to hang several on my wall but I haven’t because I don’t want to go through the install process again.

This was just what we needed to set up my son’s room in the basement. We didn’t want to make a permanent wall, but we wanted to provide him with privacy. This product is durable, not flimsy and doesn’t sag a bit. We hung three heavy curtains on it and it is holding up very well.
