Nice bit of kit

I bought this as emergency as my laptop decided to die 😅 I did not have lot of time to use it for studying so not sure about performanceAt the moment I am satisfied with itThe customer service is prompt and very helpfulI had trouble with getting1 year free Microsoft bundle so they give me an access code for it also for Windows 10 just in case that was the problem. After few days I had issue with windows update so I spoked with Microsoft team directly which asked me to reset clean the intere system and like magic everything was sorted I manage to get the subscription was included from the start and regular updates so not any other troubles. Hurray 🙌 the customer service was helpful with everything they also offer to replace my keyboard with a new as I receive it with some wear signsAfter my purchase I went to see the review a thing that usually do before buying the product but I did not this time so I was a bit worriedBut I can only say that I am pleased and glad with the support given I bought exactly what I expected from the description 😌 thank you

Just learning my way round the Tablet/laptop differences
Realy pleased with the machine just a little slow sometimes but not a problem certainly value for money

Buy something else. This is, in my opinion, Inadequate.
Slow, clunky and inadequate. User guide is almost farcical, poor quality images, irrelevant to set up. Default save is to an inadequate storage area, over half the stated available memory is used in set up. The office 365, supposed to be included, and I’m not unintelligent, was impossible to activate. The mouse pad is over sensitive, when trying to scroll it either scrolls too fast or not at all. Have to say, probably my worst choice of purchase ever. Ignore the “pro” aspect of the product title. Might be ok for kids doing homework (if you get the 365 to work). As I say, slow clunky and, in my opinion, just lazily put together, not good value for money. Buy something else.

Simply the best!
I bought this laptop to complete college and uni work on and I have not been disappointed. The versatility of the touchscreen and attachable keyboard is so great that it makes doing presentations or just watching stuff in my spare time a breeze. Excellent hardware, excellent product, fast delivery- can not fault anything. Wouldn’t look anywhere else and I’m so glad I bought this laptop.
