If I run out of bag ice I thought I could use these. They work fine but they don't chill a drink as cold as ice does and they melt faster too. Fortunately they don't water down a drink. I keep them handy but they are not a replacement for real ice cubes. Unless you like your ice tea or sodas closer to room temperature.
