If you drink it straight, there is no way you'd mistake it for vodka. The peppery/spicy is very powerful, so if you mix it, the flavor can still be a bit much. I haven't tried it, but it tastes like it would make a great Bloody Mary-it already has all that spicy profile. I used it for a dirty martini, and it's ok-but not great. I probably won't buy it again, because the experience isn't worth the cost.

It's a passable substitute for the real thing; I've made a few martinis with it and it has a little bit of the bite you expect. I like my martinis pretty dirty though, so I let the olive juice do a lot of the heavy lifting. I can recommend it for anyone who can't drink or is just trying to cut back.Personally, I probably won't be buying this very often because the price is not great; while I understand that producing non-alcoholic substitutes is actually more expensive than the genuine article, I can't justify to myself paying the same price for 700ml of this as a whole 1.75l handle of mid-tier vodka.

I stopped drinking g alcohol over three years ago, and haven’t looked back. Now and then, however, it’s nice to have something a little different and this Not Vodka suits. It made a great dirty “martini” and a brilliant non-Bloody Mary. Has a nice peppery taste which mimics the burn of the real stuff but without the ridiculous behavior and horrible manners.

I really wanted to like this, and was hoping it had a burn similar to that of actual vodka. This mostly tasted like water, with a slight pepper after taste. The idea is neat, it just wasn't what I was looking for.

It's a good substitute when you're on a diet or quitting drinking. Acquiring a taste for it may take some time, so don't forget to add the lime! Kidding aside, the lime makes a big difference. I will buy it again.

I love that this company has came up with this idea, I think it’s needed! However, I found it not at all like actual vodka. For example, most NA beer tastes just like beer but this stuff wouldn’t fool me at all. There’s no after “burn”. I think the company is onto something with the product, but the recipe needs improvement. The price point was also way to high for me to repurchase as it’s the same as buying a nice bottle of vodka without it having actual alcohol which makes no sense to me.

For no alcoholic beverages it fits the bill, little spicy however it drink very easy for a summer time mock-tale.

I admire what the product is attempting to do, but it falls way short. Taste like water and pepper. The “cooling notes of cucumber and menthol” that the label mentions are non-existant.
