Great Product & Outstanding Customer Service!!!
I bought this over 4 years ago as a surprise Christmas gift for our kids (10 and 12 yrs old at the time), since that summer we had moved into a house with a basement for the first time. However, with all my vinyl records along the walls, a stereo, a tread mill and two support beams, there was not enough room for the clearance needed to play on a full-sized table. Plus, I wasn't looking to pay full-sized prices as I didn't know if my kids would even like pool. This table fit the bill perfectly... WELL-BUILT, REASONABLY PRICE, and GREAT SIZE for younger kids and our space. We got 2-3 great years out of it before the kids started to turn their attentions more to video games, and we planned to repurpose the basement space. So, we folded it up and moved it to the unfinished part of the basement, in the SAME CONDITION AS WE RECEIVED IT 2-3 YEARS PRIOR including the cracked plastic rack that I never reached out to customer service about (more on that in a minute).Flash forward to now (1-2 years after we put it in storage)... and I can't locate the 4 screws/wingnuts that hold the legs in place. I remembered that there was a paper inside the box that said if anything is missing or damaged upon receiving, reach out to their customer service and they will take care of you. They seemed to really pride themselves on their customer service. I can now confirm they have OUSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unable to find the wingnuts or the rack available for individual purchase in the parts section of their website, I emailed them (4 years after buying the item!) and in the morning of the 2nd day they replied. With my Amazon order number and confirmation from their warehouse, the 4 wingnuts and 1 rack are on their way to me. I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY!! It is refreshing to see a company that stands behind their product... and even stands behind their customer as he misplaces parts!! I would call that GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Size is great, you'll want a weighted cue stick.
It arrived almost a week before scheduled. The box was falling apart on arrival, as there should have been two people to move it, yet the table itself is very well packaged. The cue sticks both arrived dented and scratched as they were at the edge of the box and not protected. They are unusable as the tips are very hard and have a dent in them, unable to apply chalk(smaller cube on right was included) at all on one and weigh very little. I found a 19oz 48"(on the left in the pic) and bought that immediately as it's hard to play without a weighted stick. After setting the table up we noticed one pocket had screws loose. They are a bit stripped, but it didn't cause any issues just tightening them up. I believe that was caused during delivery, but was an easy fix. The included leveling feet made leveling simple. Ours is unfortunately on carpet so I can't attest to the sturdiness. It moves if you touch it. Perhaps it would be a lot more stable on wood or concrete floors. That said, it's great for what it is, the size is decent and I'd definitely recommend this!

Review for 3 in 1 multi game
I bought the 3 in 1 multi game, and the 3 games need to be reviewed separately.1. Pool - The pool table is very good for a small, inexpensive pool table. The small balls match the size of the table very well. The bumpers are good. The feet can be leveled to create a relatively flat playing surface. However, the surface is not perfectly flat, and the balls will curve a little sometimes as they slow down. This is why heavy, expensive pool tables use slate.2. Ping pong - The ping pong insert is good and works well. It is a small table, but it is playable.3. Hockey - The hockey board is on the reverse side of the ping pong insert. The hockey game is terrible. Because there is no air, the puck does not slide very far. I expected this, so that is not my complaint. The main problem is that the goals are much too small. If you hold your mallet in front of the goal, there is no way for the opponent to score. This game is basically unplayable. Did they even try this game when they designed it? Another problem is that the brushes in the goal that hold the puck are too stiff, so the puck has to go in very hard to "stick". Even with the other drawbacks, if this game had larger goals, it would actually be a decent game to play.In hindsight, if I had known that the hockey insert was so bad, I probably would have gone with the pool only table. The ping pong insert was not really worth the difference in price, but maybe it will get used more than I expect. I might try to make my own hockey goals using 1/4" plywood to see if I can salvage the hockey game.

Fun little table
I was very skeptical but this table is a lot of fun. Granted, we just set it up and it will get a lot of use so time will tell about it's durability. It arrived on time, super easy to set up, very light and easy to maneuver for people who can't give it a permanent home. So far we have no issues with it being level, it is perfectly level out of the box. I definitely wouldn't let it sit in the box too long and I advice against keeping it in moist or non temperature regulated environments. As other reviewers mentioned there is not much bounce in the rails but that seems to be the only downside and who's really that good at that any way ;) I'll update the review as it gets more use. Cheers!

The leather that holds the net on the pockets are broken too easily
The leather that holds the net on the pockets of the pool table is of very poor quality, and it's too thin. After practicing for just two or three days, the leather covering tore apart.
