Comfortable toh hold and weight adjustment is good it worked for me in the beginning, and now I have a decent arms, resistance is upto I guess 30kg

Very good product. The quality is quite good and it's useful for both men and women . The only thing that I don't like is that I don't think it will last for a very long time . Even though it's quality is is very good , I think it could be a little better. It ranges from 5kg to 60kg as mentioned and the adjustment is easy to do . The material is soft and doesn't rash your hands. Overall , a very good product for a reasonable price .

My father is using for his finger stiffness and pain problems. He find it useful and effective. He is using it daily and now the movement of fingers is better than before also there is a relief in pain.
