Lola Savannah Vanilla Cinnamon Pecan Whole Bean Caffeinated Coffee, 2lb

After purchasing Lola Savannah's Texas Pecan, I thought I'd find an additional bean as a change of pace. This one gives the Texas Pecan a run for its money. Love the aroma it fills the house with and just like the Texas Pecan, the flavor is just enough to appreciate but not overpowering. I'll continue to keep purchasing. If they made the bean in hazelnut that wasn't decaffeinated, I'd purchase that one as well. Shipping is amazingly quick as I've received both my orders from them in no more than 3 days.

We have been buying this coffee (beans) for years at our local Central Market. Much to our dismay, Lola Savannah coffees were dropped. Finding the coffee online via Amazon was certainly a welcome discovery. As we like to punch up the cinnamon a bit, we place the whole beans in a large bowl and add several tablespoons of Vietnamese cinnamon, mixing until all the beans are well coated, then we sift out the loose remaining cinnamon thru a large metal sieve. Our brewer has an integrated burr grinder so all that goodness of the beans/cinnamon is released moments before the perfect temp water arrives brewing what we fell is the perfect cup (we make an 18oz Yeti cup at a time). Again, SO glad to be able to continue enjoying Lola Savanna Cinnamon coffee.

I’ve bought this as a Christmas gift and decided to try it myself and the flavor is amazing. Very smooth, mild, and aromatic. Highly recommended.

The beans are fresh and make a good pot of coffee. I can taste the vanilla and pecan, but really don't taste any cinnamon. I sprinkled in some cinnamon on top of the ground coffee, and it made it taste more like what I was looking for. I would've given this 5 stars if there was a cinnamon flavor as advertised.

I LOVE LOVE this coffee its just a little bit expensive

On arrival, the most noticeable aspect was an overwhelming smell of coconut, NOT cinnamon. We expected to at least enjoy a warm cinnamon fragrance when grinding or brewing, but nothing. One reviewer stated they add cinnamon to the beans and then store them, but that was ineffective. The beans were dry, not oily as a good fresh coffee bean should be, and so no cinnamon would stick to the beans. So, back to adding cinnamon to the pour over basket, but still does nothing to mask the coconut odor. Truly wasted investment and I would never recommend or purchase again. I stopped buying the Don Francisco cinnamon coffee because it smelled so much of coconut. My guess is this is no coincidence, this more expensive brand tastes and smells exactly like those cheaper beans.

Couldn't taste the cinnamon or hazelnut flavor. Will not be ordering again
