Great Patches.
I was a little skeptical at first if this shape of patch really would be an advantage. Wow, they really are great for cleaning the .17 bore. Never used any patch that is this good! Highly recommend!

When used with the correct jag, these triangle patches work quicker than square or round ones.

Are use these on 17 HMR and 22 LR. They worked beautifully. I square patch just doesn’t seem to give enough room to move through easily

Marketing gimmick
Thought I would try these because of the shape. Opened the package and found not only did I receive the patches, but I received little pieces of patch material that was left when the patch was cut and also small pieces of cardboard from who knows where. I'd stick with a standard square or rectangular patch. I don't like patch material that gives any hint of being "dirty" in a way that might damage my rifle bores.

Best .17 cal patches
Always have used generic square patches but they wouldn't work in the .17 cal bore. These patches simply worked.

No need to patent this one !!!!!
Waste of money ! Ran one through and it came out clean as a whistle ! Then ran a 7/8 inch square patch through and it came out very dirty !!! Just another gimmick. Too bad.
